Abs Exercises Can Increase My Height
Abs Exercises Can Increase My Height
Almost everybody desires to be taller because it adds spice to one's physical beauty. I was so desperate to increase my height when a friend, who happened to be a professional physical trainer, said that abs exercises and other body muscle exercises can contribute to my growth. So I engage myself in thorough physical activities to effectively work out my muscles. Imagine, I won't only enjoy firmer muscles, I'll have a taller body, too.
How Abs Exercises Helps?
Abdominal exercises are one vital method to increase my height naturally. Sturdy abdominal muscles can help us get taller because the vigor of our abdominal muscles has direct contact with the muscle strength of our lower back.
We can have good posture if our lower back muscles are in good condition. If we have weak abs and lower back muscles, then we also have poor posture that can decrease our height. Our spine can be flexible if our lower back muscles are strong. Remember, our spine's strength is a major key in our growth. If we workout our abdominal muscles, we'll have extra weight in our abdomen. This will help pull our back and enhance our posture.
Abs Exercises for Height Increase
These are two increase my height exercises that were helpful for me. I guess these will be helpful for other people, too. These exercises are great if added in an abs exercise program so that your entire abdominal muscles will improve. Don't forget that as you improve your abdominal muscles, you are also improving your back.
1. Lower Abs Crunch
This exercise will focus on the lower abs muscles. Your muscles will be stronger so you'll have a better lower back posture. You can execute this exercise on the ground or bench.
Your back must be flat on the ground and your knees should be bent at 45-degree angle. Help your knees slowly reach your chest by contracting your lower abs. Stay on that for about five seconds. Then, slowly return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise at least 15 times.
2. Leg Raise
The hip up or leg raise is an effective follow-up to lower ab crunch exercise. You will further improve your lower back strength as you tone your abdominal muscles.
This is an easy and efficient exercise. I was able to increase my height doing leg raises. You will feel the effect of this exercise as you work out your lower back and abdominal muscles.
Lay flat on the ground to prepare for this exercise. You must extend your legs up so it will be perpendicular to your body. Raise your hips three to five inches off the floor while pushing your lower abdominal muscles up. Keep your feet straight while you're lifting.
Lower your hips gently as you go back to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 15 times.
If I did increase my height naturally through abs exercises, then there is no reason you cannot. But more than doing exercises, you should also keep a healthy lifestyle. It will be a very big waste of time if you keep on exercising without improving your lifestyle. So, good luck to you and enjoy the taller you.
Due to the author's own struggles with height, he wanted to put together a small site showing some of the new solutions that are coming out to help others gain at least a couple inches of height. Yes, it is possible and that is proven with his experience.
