4 - The Super Stretch
Standing up, extend your hands up as high as you can as you lean slightly back and feel the stretch in your lower spine. The super stretch can be done standing up or lying down. Each repetition should last between 4 and 7 seconds. Perform one set of 15 repetitions twice a day for 6-8 weeks.
5 - Hanging
Hanging is one of the most effective and commonly known exercises to increase height naturally. To perform this exercise, you simply hang from a bar which helps to lengthen and straighten your spine. Perform two sets of 10 repetitions twice a day for 6-8 weeks.
6 - The Bow Down
To perform this exercise, stand with your hands on your hips. Keep your hands on your hips and bend forward as far as possible leading with your head. 9 - The Yawn
Standing up with hands held together behind your neck, bend your head upwards and back as far as possible. Each repetition should last between 5 and 15 seconds. Perform 15 repetitions twice a day for 6-8 weeks.
10 - The Downhill
Standing with your hands together and arms behind you, bend down at the waist as far as possible and slowly swing your arms as high as possible behind you. Each repetition should last between 4 and 6 seconds. Perform 12 repetitions daily for 6-8 weeks.
